Liberty Bridge Partners are excited to partner with a boutique investment bank in their search for talented Directors, VPs, ADs and Associates to support growth across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious and driven professionals seeking to join an entrepreneurial, commercially minded team.
Requirements:
- 2-10 years of investment banking or sell-side M&A experience
- M&A background from a mid market or boutique investment bank/advisory (lead advisory candidates from big 4/top 10 will be considered too)
- M&A deal experience in Technology Services, IT Services, HCM, Marketing Services is highly preferred
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis
- Skilled in creating Information Memorandums, pitch decks, and teasers
- Proficient in financial modelling and valuation methodologies
- Capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously with minimal oversight
- Experience in negotiating offers, deal structures, and transaction documents throughout the M&A process
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work across global teams
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with financial databases such as S&P Capital IQ
- Deep interest and passion for investment banking
