LBSF generally targets sub-investment grade rated companies (although its solutions are also applicable to investment grade organisations) to provide the aforementioned solutions. - Provide meaningful insight into opportunities LBSF has to funders but also advise the team on the risk-return profiles that various investors have and how such targets change over time.
- Pitch opportunities to funders in partnership with origination and product colleagues, and navigate specific requirements or requests to be able to shape the deal in a way that suits their needs.
- Identify appropriate new funders for existing 3rd party transactions to enable growth at the most favourable terms.
- Provision of market intelligence as it relates to (a) players in the working capital financing (b) new entrants, especially non-banks (c) structural or strategic changes at working capital financing providers resulting in the potential availability or acquisition of clients or a client portfolio.
