The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
As part of the Photographic Studio team, you will be responsible for ensuring that imagery standards for all product shots are maintained and in-line with the Liberty style guides with the aim of engaging with the customer and driving online sales. With the support of the Studio Supervisor, you will also be responsible for ensuring all the shot product is prioritised correctly and online in an efficient and effective manner.
ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To ensure that all collections across all categories are shot and lit in-line with company guidelines and directives as a means of maximizing sales.
- Ensure all the best and most appropriate shots are processed correctly in the folders at the end of each session on set to avoid any delays.
- Ensure all selected shot sequences are processed correctly, are of a high quality and consistent in colour and lighting to minimize the amount of retouch required.
- Perform quality control on all images selected and make sure all necessary retouch notes go with the folders for the retouch teams to reference before working on them.
- Maintain file size specification guidelines and check all crops and zooms are consistent.
- Spot check, audit and āQCā images online to make sure standards are consistently met.
- Manage the archiving of product images once they have been signed-off to be used by the relevant departments. Maintain digital photo assets and structure to be archived or ensure this is easily accessible.
- On a daily basis work with the studio team so you are aware of priority product to be shot from the schedule.
- Supervise all the correct lighting and grey tests daily with retouch to ensure consistency of shots to go online.
- Make sure all sets are cleared down at the end of each day and are fully operational and set up ready to shoot again at 9.30am.
- Work with Studio Supervisor, Online Production and the Content Manager to implement any new procedures and processes where necessary to improve workflow.
- Work closely with the Online Production and Studio Manager to implement any new photographic directives from the business and guidelines in line with the new platform.
- Maintain all your photographic and lighting equipment so that it is fully operational at all times. Resolve any issues that may arise in an efficient manner so that the shoot schedules are not affected.
- Oversee the correct and safe storage of all the photographic and lighting equipment.
- Make sure we are fully stocked with back up equipment such as bulbs / tethers etc in order to avoid any on-set delays.
