Our rapidly expanding Digital team are on the lookout for a highly organised, ambitious and strategic-thinking Digital Marketing Executive to join us and manage our Affiliates & Display channels.

You will be responsible for managing performance campaigns within our UK and US Affiliate network, alongside management of Display activity in the UK, with the help of our agencies. As a highly analytical and motivated individual, you will make data-led and insight-driven decisions, while ensuring brand message and tone-of-voice are maintained. You will have the opportunity to work with internal and external stakeholders, from Creative to Marketing, ensuring campaigns are fully aligned across both offline/online and optimised to drive Liberty London’s strategic vision and commercial goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Developing alongside our media agencies and Digital Marketing Manager, data driven strategies to grow our Affiliate network and drive Display performance
  • Planning, Briefing and tracking our Affiliate newsletter, commission and placement strategies
  • Collaborating with creative teams in briefing Display banners with objective to drive performance and engagement
  • Building and managing influencer and/or content campaigns across our Affiliate channel alongside our internal Influencer and PR teams
  • Working alongside the trade, digital design, and content teams to create channel content plans as well as building briefing and feedback loop processes.
  • Liaising with our Affiliate partners and our Digital Team to ensure we are sharing learnings across all channels, to build towards a holistic Digital approach
  • Work with our Display and Affiliate agencies to optimise performance and set/review targets in line with our Digital budget, as well as managing the agency relationships with the support of the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Collaborating with internal teams to support commercial and brand goals
  • Support Digital Marketing Manager on forecasting key success KPIs for Affiliate and Display channels and leading on forecasting spend
  • Delivering customer insights which will drive critical business decisions
  • Delivering weekly and post-campaign analysis using both the media reports and the analytics solutions
  • Creating and managing working processes to reduce friction and improve channel efficiencies
  • Researching and proposing additional marketing opportunities to grow brand awareness and acquire new customers
  • Working with the Web Team to manage marketing tracking-tags and feeds effectively
  • Understanding customer data and how to implement into channels to support cross-channel campaigns and activities
  • Lead on resolving and monitoring Display feed issues
  • Connect where relevant digital activity with in-store journeys to prove opportunity and identify scale
  • An understanding across the core channels (Display and Affiliate Networks)
  • Strong Excel and Google analytics skills
  • High attention to detail and quality of work
  • Open to creative thinking and problem solving
  • Organised with the ability to work under tight timelines and quick turnarounds
  • Ambitious and proactive team member who is constantly asking questions and looking for ways to improve current activities
