Night Care & Support Worker – Driver Required (Company Vehicle Provided)

Liberté Healthcare is currently recruiting reliable, compassionate and experienced Night Care & Support Workers who hold a full UK driving licence to support individuals within their own homes.
This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and making a positive difference in people's lives.
The successful candidate will have use of a company vehicle to travel between service users' homes throughout their shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing care and support to individuals within their own homes during night shifts.
- Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting and continence care where required.
- Supporting individuals with their daily living needs whilst promoting independence, dignity and respect.
- Ensuring the safety, comfort and wellbeing of service users throughout the night.
- Travelling between service users' homes using the company vehicle.
- Completing accurate care records and following individual care plans.
- Working independently and communicating effectively with service users, families and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence – essential.
- Previous experience working within the care sector is preferred.
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to complete a DBS check.
- Willingness to complete mandatory training or hold relevant, up-to-date care certificates.
- Confident and comfortable providing personal care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgement.
- Reliable, compassionate and professional approach to care.
