Join Our Team as a Complex Care Support Worker – Make a Real Difference!

Are you looking for a rewarding and engaging role in complex clinical care? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to join our new client in Llanelli.

Hours: 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am 2:1.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting our new client, a gentleman in his late 50's who has complex needs due to a brain injury including PEG feeding, tracheostomy support and challenging behaviour. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy. Our client has a passion for motorbikes and prior to his injury, enjoyed riding his motorbike, attending bike club, gardening and spending time with his family. Once discharged, he will be residing in a bungalow.

  • Experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviours
  • PEG and Tracheostomy experience desirable, however training can be provided
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

You’ll need to be confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to build a trusting relationship with the client and their family.
