What You’ll Be Doing
We’re recruiting compassionate Support Workers to join our dedicated Plymouth team. You’ll support adults with a wide range of needs, enabling them to live safely, happily, and independently in their own homes. You may be supporting clients with:
- Mental health needs
- Limited mobility
- Companionship needs
- Down syndrome
- Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
- Cerebral palsy
Your daily role could include:
- Supporting with personal care and household tasks
- Helping with shopping and community activities
- Transporting clients / enabling access to the community for engagement (this may include use of personal car)
- Encouraging social engagement and hobbies
- Administering medication
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
