We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Female Complex Care Support Worker to join our team and provide person-centred support to a lady in her 30s living in Loughborough, Leicestershire. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with one individual, helping her achieve her goals, enjoy her hobbies, and maintain an active social life while receiving the specialist support she needs.
About the Role
You will be supporting a friendly and sociable lady who lives with her husband in an adapted bungalow. Following a brain injury, she has complex clinical needs including:
- Right-sided paralysis
- Neuropathic pain
- Sensitivity to touch
- Risk of seizures
She enjoys creativity, music, crafting projects, and spending time in the community, including visits to the park, zoo, cinema, theatre, and ballet. Your role will involve providing both practical and emotional support, enabling her to enjoy life to the fullest while maintaining her comfort, dignity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities
As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will:
- Support with personalised daily routines and care plans
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and activities of daily living
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions
- Provide emotional support, encouragement, and companionship
- Maintain accurate records and report any changes in wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members
- Support social and community-based activities
