Join Our Team as a Complex Care Support Worker – Make a Real Difference!
Are you looking for a rewarding and engaging role in complex clinical care? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Bedford, Bedfordshire.
Pay: Days - £16.00 per hour weekdays, £17.00 per hour Saturdays, £18.00 per hour Sundays. Nights - £18.00 per hour weekdays, £19.00 per hour weekends.
About the Role
You’ll be supporting a young man in his 20's who has complex needs due to a brain injury, including cerebral palsy/learning difficulties, dysphagia, epilepsy, anxiety and quadriplegia. We’re looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.
He lives in an annex within his family home, he enjoys trainspotting, the cinema, attending church, getting out into the community and playing games on his laptop. Your role will be to support him physically and emotionally, helping him live life to the fullest.
