Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a Paediatric Registered Nurse to lead a team of Support Workers in Anglesey, delivering complex pediatric care for a 5-year-old girl with cerebral palsy, dystonia, epilepsy, and sensory needs.

The role covers 36 hours per week across two 12-hour shifts plus administration/Team Leader duties. You will collaborate with the Clinical Lead to ensure high-quality, person-centred home care, building strong family relationships and supporting the child’s needs.
