Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can genuinely change someone’s life for the better? We’re looking for a compassionate and confident Complex Care Support Worker to join our team and provide dedicated 2:1 support to a young lady living in her own home in Chippenham.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting a woman in her 20s who, due to a brain injury, lives with complex needs including cerebral palsy, epilepsy and learning difficulties. She is fun, active, sociable and loves cycling, swimming, badminton, walking and exploring, trying new activities and experiences. She lives in a beautiful, purpose‑built home that she’s very proud of. Your role will be to support her emotionally, physically, and socially - helping her live her life to the fullest.

Pay Rates

  • Saturdays: £16.19 per hour
  • Sundays: £16.85 per hour
