We are seeking an experienced Female Care Assistant to provide 1:1 overnight care for a young child with complex clinical needs in their family home. Complex Care Training Provided for the right person. This role is ideal for a carer who already has experience in healthcare or complex care and is looking to build on their skills, work consistent night shifts, and be part of a highly supportive specialist care team. You will receive ongoing clinical training, competency refreshers, and continuous support—you’ll never be expected to work beyond your training or without backup.

Clinical Needs You’ll Support (With Ongoing Training)

  • Respiratory support including nightly BiPAP
  • Epilepsy and seizure management
  • PEG feeding and nutrition
  • Medication administration (including nebulisers)
  • Oxygen therapy (PRN)
  • Airway and respiratory management

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred 1:1 overnight care
  • Monitor respiratory status and respond appropriately
  • Safe medication administration
  • Manage seizures and provide reassurance
  • Support comfort, positioning, and personal care
  • Maintain accurate records and night‑time observations
  • Create a calm, safe, and attentive environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Care Assistant, HCA, or Support Worker
  • Happy to be trained in complex needs
  • A calm, compassionate, and professional approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and high‑quality care
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred.
