We're looking for compassionate individuals to join a brand-new support package for a young girl in Bridgend. About the Role

You will provide 2:1 support to a young girl with complex needs, assisting with all aspects of personal care, daily routines, and community activities. A calm, patient, and positive approach is essential, as our client can sometimes experience distress during transitions between activities. Consistency, reassurance, and supporting established routines will help her feel safe, comfortable, and confident throughout the day. You’ll also work closely with a warm and supportive family, helping to make a positive difference not only to our client but to those around her.

Experience We Are Looking For

We welcome applications from Support Workers with experience supporting individuals with:

  • Learning Disabilities
  • Epilepsy
  • Cerebral Palsy

Full UK Driving Licence is required. Due to the intimate nature of the personal care required in this role, we are seeking Female Support Workers. This is a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
