The predicted salary is between 13 - 17 ÂŁ per hour.

£15.45 per hour – Days
£16.48 per hour – Nights
£17.51 per hour – Sundays

Days: 8:00am – 8:00pm
Nights: 8:00pm – 8:00am
Hours: 24 hours per week

⚠️ Applicants must be flexible to work both day and night shifts.

🚗 Full UK driving licence required – must be comfortable driving an automatic vehicle.

Make a Difference Every Shift

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Female Brain Injury Support Worker to join our dedicated 2:1 complex care team supporting a young, active woman living with a brain injury in Crewe. She enjoys listening to music, watching TV, sensory activities, having her hair done and her nails painted. She also loves getting out into the community, enjoying fresh air and day trips. This is a rewarding role for someone who truly values person‑centred care and building meaningful connections.

Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and mobility support
  • Supporting tracheostomy care and PEG feeding (full training provided)
  • Seizure monitoring and management
  • Assisting with oxygen therapy
  • Encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing
  • Supporting community access, social activities and outings

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting individuals with brain injury or complex care needs (essential)
  • Knowledge of PEG feeding, tracheostomy care and seizure management (or willingness to learn)
  • A compassionate, confident and professional approach
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to drive the client’s vehicle
