Shifts: Waking Nights – 12‑hour shifts (8PM – 8AM)

About the Client: We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RN) to support a 28‑year‑old female client in Attleborough with:

  • Severe epilepsy, autism, and learning disabilities
  • Gastrostomy, PEG feeding, oral suctioning, and seizure management
  • Personal care needs: washing, dressing, and toileting

She enjoys a variety of engaging activities including:

  • Baking
  • Puzzles
  • Beach visits
  • Swimming
  • Eating out

What You’ll Be Doing: As a Night Shift Registered Nurse, you will:

  • Deliver hands‑on complex care during waking night shifts
  • Monitor the client’s health throughout the night
  • Administer medication via PEG and manage seizures
  • Provide safe, person‑centred care tailored to her individual needs

Clinical Tasks May Include:

  • Seizure observation & response
  • Medication administration
  • PEG feeding & oral suctioning
  • Oxygen therapy (if required)
  • Monitoring and updating care plans

About You: We’re looking for dedicated Registered Nurses who are:

  • NMC‑registered (Adult or Child Branch)
  • Compassionate, reliable, and confident working independently
  • Experienced in (or willing to train in) complex care and PEG feeding
  • Able to build strong relationships with clients and their families

Working With Libertatem: You’ll be fully inducted with paid training and shadow shifts. We provide hands‑on onboarding and support from day one. You’ll work within a small, consistent care team for continuity. Ongoing career development and support from your Care Coordinator and Nurse Manager.
