We’re seeking a compassionate, caring Female Complex Care Support Worker to support a warm and sociable gentleman in his 60s, living independently in his own home in Wotton-under-Edge. He has an acquired brain injury and controlled epilepsy, is fully mobile, and requires no clinical interventions. He’s independent, capable, and full of personality.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting daily routines and promoting independence
- Following the care plan
- Monitoring wellbeing and maintaining clear records
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Prioritising safeguarding at all times
- Driving him to hydrotherapy sessions and shopping trips
- Enjoying occasional days‑out and activities (expenses covered)
- Working collaboratively with family and professionals
