Libertatem Healthcare in Rhyl is seeking a Female Support Worker who holds a full UK driving licence to assist with daily routines and mobility support in a community setting.
You will help the client participate in social and community activities, attend therapy sessions, and promote independence, confidence and wellbeing.
Shifts run Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a pay rate of £15.91 per hour.
