Support Worker – Full Time Contracted Hours Plymouth – Libertatem Healthcare Group
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Mileage: 45p per mile (applicable to adjoining shifts)

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support adults with a wide range of needs, enabling them to live safely, happily, and independently in their own homes.
You May Be Supporting Clients With
- Mental health needs
- Limited mobility
- Non‑verbal communication
- Companionship needs
- Down syndrome
- OCD tendencies
- Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
- Speech impediments
- Cerebral palsy
Your Daily Role Could Include
- Supporting with personal care and household tasks
- Helping with shopping and community activities
- Transporting clients / enabling access to the community for engagement (this may include use of personal car)
- Encouraging social engagement and hobbies
- Administering medication
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
