Paediatric Nurse - Complex Care - Night Shifts

This range is provided by Libertatem Healthcare. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

  • Hourly Pay: £28.50 - £34.00 depending on shift.

Location: Bristol

Hours: 8pm-8am Monday-Friday

  • Due to location of the client\'s home, a full UK driving licence is preferred.

We have a robust and in-depth onboarding process, where as a new employee, you’ll first complete your training and paid induction. As part of your induction, you will shadow another member of your team. This helps you understand your new role and get to know people in your team.

Your colleagues and management team will work with you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions you may have. You’ll start building your own support network from day one – this will include your management team, colleagues and departments at Group Support.

You will be spending your time with our clients within their own home where you will be supporting with their daily routine.

  • Enteral Feeding
  • Suctioning
  • Medication
  • Oxygen Therapy
  • Seizure Management

About You

You must be a qualified Nurse, and hold current NMC registration. We are looking for passionate individuals, with the desire to go above and beyond. You will be expected to utilize skills and experience to meet the high delivery of care to clients with complex health needs within the client\'s home.

Being a Libertatem Nurse isn’t just about caring. It’s about being good with people, too – being able to gain the trust of clients and their families. That’s why, if you have a caring personality and some relevant experience, we’ll give you access to online and classroom training in specific complex care needs.

Depending on the client, you may be working on your own or part of a team. If you wish and have the availability, you could provide support to more than one client.

Before you start, you’ll have the chance to meet your client and their family. And when you do, you’ll have day-to-day support with a Care Co-ordinator or Nurse Manager always on hand to answer your questions. You’ll also be able to access our ‘Carer App’ which is a fantastic source of insight and information.
