Join Our Team as a Complex Care Support Worker – Make a Real Difference! Are you looking for a rewarding and engaging role in complex clinical care? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Oxford.

Pay: £17.48 per hour

Hours: Up to 40 per week (Waking nights, 20:00 – 08:00)

About The Role

You’ll be supporting a gentleman in his 40s who has complex needs due to a brain injury, including mobility issues, loss of vision on the right side, PEG feeding and challenging behaviour. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy. He lives in an adapted property with his family. He loves to spend time with them and is also a football fan. Your role will be to support him physically and emotionally, helping him live life to the fullest. A driving licence and willingness to drive the client's vehicle is essential and training is provided.
