Role Details
- Location: St Leonards-on-Sea
- Pay: £16.07 – £17.14 per hour (depending on experience & training)
- Hours: Approx. 30 hours per week
- Shifts: 7:00am – 5:00pm, 5:00pm – 11:00pm, Full-day shifts (flexible based on service needs)
- Double-up care package: you’ll always work alongside another carer.
- Driving licence preferred (may involve driving the client’s vehicle), however non-drivers may be considered.
About The Role
You’ll support a client living at home with complex health needs, helping them live a safe, independent, and fulfilling life. This is a person-centred role where you’ll also support enjoyable activities such as:
- Swimming
- Bowling
- Watching TV
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and mobility support
- Assisting with clinical and health-related tasks

What We’re Looking For
- Essential: Previous care experience
- Desirable: Complex care experience (full training provided)

- Willingness to learn new clinical skills
Full Clinical Training Provided
You’ll be fully trained and supported with:
- Paid training & shadow shifts
- Suprapubic catheter care
- PEG feeding
- Medication via gastrostomy
