Are you looking for a rewarding and engaging role in complex clinical care? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Crewe, Cheshire.
Hours: 24 per week over two days (days - 08:00-20:00, nights - 20:00-08:00)
About The Role
You’ll be supporting a young lady in her 20s who has complex needs due to an acquired brain injury, including communication, mobility, epilepsy and tracheostomy care. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy. She lives in her own home with a support team 24/7 and enjoys music, films/TV (she's a big horror fan) and sensory engagement. Your role will be to support her physically and emotionally, helping her live life to the fullest.
