Join us as a Nurse Team Leader supporting community-based complex care packages across Cornwall. This is a hands-on clinical role where you’ll lead Support Workers, deliver high-quality care, and work closely with our Clinical Lead to maintain exceptional standards. About The Role
As a Nurse Team Leader, you will work across four complex care packages, delivering direct care and providing day-to-day clinical leadership. You will support the Clinical Lead with competency sign-off, supervision, training, and quality assurance.
