This is a hands-on clinical role where you’ll lead Support Workers, deliver high-quality care, and work closely with our Clinical Lead to maintain exceptional standards. About The Role

As a Nurse Team Leader, you will work across four complex care packages, delivering direct care and providing day-to-day clinical leadership. You will support the Clinical Lead with competency sign-off, supervision, training, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Care Delivery – Deliver direct nursing care in line with individual clinical needs
  • Carry out clinical interventions, monitoring and escalation
