Your Role
As a skilled Paediatric HCA, you’ll deliver compassionate, clinical care to a young child with complex needs in their home. Your responsibilities will include:
- Airway management (basic & advanced techniques)
- PEG feeding (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)
- Managing seizures and dystonia
- Administering medication
- Providing personal care
- Supporting social and recreational engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in complex care (children or adults)
- Confident in medication administration
- Skilled in PEG feeding and seizure/dystonia management
- Warm, bubbly personality with a calm and friendly approach
- Strong communication skills with families
- Committed to safeguarding and person‑centred care
- Full UK driving licence preferred (due to remote client locations)
