We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Female Complex Care Assistant to join our team supporting a young client in Portland. The ideal candidate will have a calm, patient, and caring nature, with a genuine passion for helping others live comfortably and confidently at home. Our client enjoys sensory toys with lights and sounds and watching Bluey on the iPad. We’re seeking someone who can bring warmth, positivity, and companionship into his daily routine.
Your Role
- Assisting with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and attending appointments
- Providing full-day support, offering both emotional and physical assistance
- Connecting with people in a professional, empathetic, and person-centred way

- Paediatric experience desirable
- Complex care experience essential
- Administer basic life support for paediatrics
- Oxygen Therapy
- Enteral Feeding
- Nebulizer
- Oral Suctioning
- Administer medication safely
- Handle situations involving unwell children, including potential resuscitation if necessary
