Join Our Team as a Complex Care Team Leader – Make a Real Difference!
Pay: £17.75 per hour weekdays, £18.63 weekends.
Hours: 19 per week over two days (09:00 – 18:00 & 09:00 – 19:00).
About The Role
You will be supporting a gentleman in his 50s who has no clinical needs but due to a brain injury requires support with day‐to‐day tasks such as maintaining his environment, attending appointments, engaging with his interests and living independently. The client has challenging behaviour and lives in a bungalow. You will support him physically and emotionally, helping him live life to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and motivate care staff to deliver outstanding person-centred care
- Conduct spot checks, supervisions, and competency assessments
- Assist with rota management and ensure adequate staffing for each care package
- Maintain accurate care records
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, families, and professionals
- Support with training and development of care staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations
- Provide hands‐on care when required to maintain service continuity
