Complex Care Team Leader – Support Worker
Pay: £20.55 per hour
Hours: 10 per week over one day
About The Role
You’ll be supporting a lady with complex needs due to Cornelia De Lange syndrome, including communication difficulties, partial sight, learning difficulties and challenging behaviour. She lives in her own home with a support team 24/7, is active, energetic, loves spending time outdoors and enjoys sensory activities. Your role will be to support her physically and emotionally, helping her live life to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting a team of support workers
- Monitoring condition
- Supporting with daily/nightly routines
- Assisting with personal hygiene and mobility
- Administering medication and monitoring health
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members
