We are seeking proactive and compassionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire. Our client is an active young woman in her early 40s with Cornelia de Lange Syndrome, who lives in her own home. She needs assistance with all aspects of personal care and daily living, and we encourage opportunities to try new things.

Working Hours

You will be part of a team delivering 24/7 care. You will be responsible for working 1 shift of 12‑hour waking night per week (Saturday).

Key Responsibilities as a Support Worker

  • Supporting the client to access the local community
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Engaging with personalised routines
  • Assisting with the care programme
  • Helping with household cleaning
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in the client’s condition
  • Promoting and supporting a healthy diet

Background Checks & Support

An enhanced DBS check and full training will be provided prior to starting work with our client. You will also be supported by our Clinical Lead Nurse for the area.
