She is active, energetic, loves time outdoors and enjoys sensory activities. She benefits from clear communication, structure and patient, consistent support.
About The Role: As her support worker, you’ll build a trusting and positive relationship, ensuring a structured, enjoyable daily life centred on her needs and preferences. You’ll work both independently and as part of a small, dedicated team.
