What You’ll Be Doing
We’re recruiting compassionate Female Support Workers to join our dedicated Plymouth team.
You’ll support adults with a wide range of needs, enabling them to live safely, happily, and independently in their own homes.
You may be supporting clients with:
- Mental health needs
- Limited mobility
- Non‑verbal communication
- Companionship needs
- Down syndrome
- OCD tendencies
- Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
- Speech impediments
- Cerebral palsy
Your daily role could include:
- Supporting with personal care and household tasks
- Helping with shopping and community activities
- Transporting clients / enabling access to the community for engagement (may include use of personal car)
- Encouraging social engagement and hobbies
- Administering medication
- Promoting independence and wellbeing

- Availability to commit to weekday shifts and the weekend
- A genuine passion and interest for health and social care
- A person‑centred approach with safeguarding at the core
- A full UK driving licence (manual preferred)
- Willingness to learn and complete mandatory training
