Oxford £16.45 per hour weekdays, £17.48 per hour Saturdays, £18.51 per hour Sundays. 3 shifts per week, total of 36 hours per week. Day Shifts - 08:00-20:00.

Are you an experienced Complex Care Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, or Support Worker looking for a meaningful role where you can genuinely change someone's life? Libertatem is seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals to support a gentleman in his 40s living with the effects of a brain injury. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide one-to-one care, promote independence, and build a positive, trusting relationship with both the client and his family.

About the Client
You'll be supporting a gentleman who lives with his family in an adapted home in Oxford. Following a brain injury, he requires specialist support with:
- Mobility and moving & handling
- Loss of vision on his right side
- PEG feeding
- Emotional wellbeing and daily living
- Behavioural support
He enjoys spending time with his family and is a keen football fan. Your role will be to help him remain safe, comfortable, and engaged while supporting his independence and quality of life. A full UK driving licence is essential, as you'll be required to drive the client's vehicle. Full training will be provided.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Complex Care Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting with personal care and daily living activities
- Assisting with mobility and safe use of hoists
- Administering medication and monitoring wellbeing
- Supporting PEG feeding requirements
- Providing emotional reassurance and companionship
- Working closely with family members and healthcare professionals
- Managing and responding appropriately to behaviours that challenge
