We are seeking a Female Complex Care Assistant in Portland, Dorset at £17.00 per hour.

Location: Portland, Dorset

Shifts: Monday to Wednesday, 08:00 – 20:00 (Bank role)

Driver required due to location.

The ideal candidate will have a calm, patient, and caring nature, with a genuine passion for helping others live comfortably and confidently at home. Our client enjoys sensory toys with lights and sounds and watching Bluey on the iPad. We’re seeking someone who can bring warmth, positivity, and companionship into his daily routine.

Your Role

Every individual has unique needs, and your care will reflect that. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and attending appointments.
  • Providing full-day support, offering both emotional and physical assistance.
  • Connecting with people in a professional, empathetic, and person-centred way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer basic life support for paediatrics.
  • Oxygen Therapy.
  • Enteral Feeding.
  • Handle situations involving unwell children, including potential resuscitation if necessary.
