Join Our Team as a Complex Care Support Worker – Make a Real Difference!

Are you looking for a rewarding and engaging role in complex clinical care? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Cardiff, Wales.

Pay: Days - £15.92 per hour weekdays, £16.72 per hour weekends. Nights - Sleeping night shift hourly rate, plus additional waking hourly rate for beginning of shift - £16.72 per hour weekdays, £17.51 per hour weekends.

Hours: Full/part time hours available. Days - 7am-7pm, waking nights - 7pm-7am, 7 days per week.

About the Role: You’ll be supporting a young adult (female) who has complex needs including cerebral palsy, quadriplegia, PEG feeding and behaviours that challenge. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.
