Barnet, North London - Minimum of 12 hours per week

Day Shifts: 7am - 7pm
Night Shift: Fridays 7pm - 7am

At Libertatem, we're seeking a dedicated Brain Injury Support Worker to provide person-centred support to a client living with a brain injury. This is a unique opportunity to build a meaningful relationship, promote independence, and have a genuine impact on someone's quality of life every day.
Fluency in Turkish is essential as you'll be supporting a client whose first language is Turkish. This is a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting daily living activities and personal care needs
- Promoting independence, confidence, and rehabilitation goals
- Providing emotional support, encouragement, and companionship
- Building a positive, trusting relationship with the client and their family
- Maintaining accurate care records and communicating updates with the wider clinical team
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred support in line with individual care plans
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience supporting individuals with brain injuries, neurological conditions, complex care needs, or rehabilitation support
- Fluent Turkish language skills (spoken and understood)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, patient, and positive approach
- The ability to work independently while also being part of a wider support team
