Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant for a maternity cover placement in West Yorkshire.
You will provide 1:1 home care for a young teenager with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, delivering personal care, moving and handling, and respiratory support with full training provided.
Shifts are 2 days per week (Monday and Tuesday), 8:00am–4:15pm, with some flexibility.
