Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for e-commerce and DTC operations, with a keen interest in luxury fashion? Liberowe is seeking a motivated E-commerce & DTC Intern to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of online retail and brand building. This internship offers an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of e-commerce operations, inventory and sample management.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Assist in the meticulous packing of luxury e-commerce orders, ensuring the unboxing experience meets brand standards.
- Stock Integrity: Conduct regular inventory counts and quality checks to maintain 100% accuracy between physical stock and our digital records.
- Shopify Assistance: Upload new arrivals to the Shopify backend, ensuring all imagery and technical specifications are accurate.
- Customer Relations/Correspondence: Act as the first point of contact for the customer service inbox, filtering inquiries by priority and drafting initial on-brand responses for routine sizing and shipping FAQs.
- Digital Asset Assistance: Utilize Adobe InDesign to assist in the layout and refinement of seasonal lookbooks, line sheets, and wholesale catalogues.
- Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Press/VIP Request Fulfillment: Facilitate special requests from press outlets and VIP customers.

- Basic sewing and hand-stitching skills is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
