What you’ll be doing
- Own and manage a pipeline of warm inbound leads, guiding customers from initial outreach through to funding, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience at every stage
- Conduct discovery calls with business owners to understand their operations, funding goals, and ROI expectations — using this insight to tailor and position the Liberis solution effectively
- Present, explain, and position funding offers in a clear, compelling way, highlighting key benefits and addressing potential objections or comparisons with alternative solutions
- Communicate proactively and professionally across phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp to build rapport, maintain momentum, and close deals efficiently
- Collaborate with colleagues in Partnerships, Risk, and Operations to ensure a frictionless customer journey from qualification to funding
- Consistently work toward individual and team sales targets, with clear KPIs tracking your performance across key funnel stages — from contact to conversion
- Represent Liberis with professionalism and enthusiasm in all customer interactions
