At Liberis, our mission is to empower small and medium-sized businesses by removing finance as a friction to growth, delivering contextual, embedded financial solutions to support merchants at every stage of their business lifecycle.

The Team

You'll sit within Liberis' Sales Enablement Team, reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement. You'll help define the sales motion for our funding products; what "good" looks like end-to-end, and how performance is measured and build the enablement infrastructure behind it: product guides, pitch materials, objection handling, incentive frameworks, and onboarding. You'll work closely with the Heads of Sales and General Managers to drive funnel performance, lift conversion, and reduce time-to-offer.

The Role

  • Work with Heads of Sales and Sales Leads to spot funnel friction, pull performance data, and turn it into practical fixes: better training, better materials, better process.
  • Build and maintain the enablement toolkit; product guides, pitch materials, objection handling frameworks, and onboarding content that sales teams use.
  • Design and run onboarding for new sales hires, so they're productive faster.
  • Launch and maintain SDR processes to drive improved lead-to-sub conversion.
  • Design and manage incentive frameworks that reward the right behaviours and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with GMs, Credit, Commercial Strategy, and Product to translate new products and features into materials sales teams can act on.
  • Channel sales team feedback back into product and go-to-market planning.

What we think you'll need

  • Experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role in a B2B or embedded finance context.
  • Comfortable with data - able to pull performance data and turn it into clear, practical insight.
  • A strong communicator and content-builder who can turn complex products into simple, usable sales materials.
  • Curious about AI and automation tools, and keen to apply them practically to sales processes.
  • A cross-functional collaborator, comfortable working across commercial, product, credit, and partner teams.
  • A generalist mindset - equally happy designing training, analysing data, or running workshops.
