Running, hosting and supporting webinars and virtual events that drive learner engagement and value. Working with stakeholders to shape themes, identify speakers and plan engaging event formats. Managing end‑to‑end webinar processes, including Eventbrite setup, HubSpot landing pages, Zoom configuration, attendee import and post‑event repurposing. Tracking referral leads from partner webinar landing pages against agreed commission structures.
- In‑Person Events: Coordinating Avado’s presence at major industry events. Managing logistics for each event: liaising with organisers and approved booth‑build partners, completing health & safety declarations, and tracking event payments. Designing the booth using existing templates, submitting artwork to the approved supplier, and printing additional leaflets and branded clothing in advance of each event. Attending events to represent Avado on the booth, capturing leads and manually importing event leads into HubSpot with correct channel tagging. Producing pre‑ and post‑event content across our social channels and Avado Connect.
- Collaboration & Growth Marketing Support: Supporting the Performance Marketing Executive on brand awareness and lead‑generation activities, including creative for paid and partner campaigns. Working closely with the wider marketing team to ensure content is cohesive, high impact and aligned with campaign goals.
