The Opportunity
- Set up and lead a small local team
- Facilitate the delivery of high-quality early years classes and family engagement activities
- Build relationships with families, local stakeholders and funders
- Ensure the Babyzone offering is safe, consistent and impactful
- Collaborate with Babyzone Heads across the UK and the central team
- Connect families to Babyzone's digital resources including Baby Buddy app and WhatsApp communities

What You’ll Need
- Has a passion for early years development and Babyzone’s mission

- Build attendance to 100+ family visits per delivery day within the first year
- Build and maintain partnerships with 20+ local organisations including NHS teams, local authority and family support charities
Role Details
- Salary: Depending on experience
- Contract: Part‑time, permanent, term‑time only
- Hours: 2 days per week. This includes 1 delivery day (the day of the week is to be confirmed) and 1 admin day
- Location: Babyzone Preston based at Vault Youth Zone, Tithebarn Street, Preston, PR1 1DN + quarterly travel to the London office (with potential for overnight) or partner Babyzone Hubs
- Start Date: July 2026
