A bit about the team:

The Technology team solves real-world problems for small businesses, shaping products that unlock opportunity at scale. We believe in empowering teams to make decisions, move fast, and take full responsibility for the solutions they deliver. The Delivery team sits in Technology, partnering with product and engineering. We coordinate across our partners, merchants and business teams, leading projects to develop products, integrate with Partners and scale the technical platform. We support engineering across all the external touch points in the project lifecycle.

We are a lean team where everyone is happy to get hands on with the latest problem. We have a deep understanding of both the technical and business context. We take hands on ownership across all our projects and drive impact wherever we see a gap.

A bit about the role:

We’re looking for someone who thrives in highly cross‑functional environments and loves bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to technical projects. You’ll help shape and deliver the next generation of our embedded finance platform by driving alignment, boosting execution, and supporting global Product & Engineering teams!

What you will be doing:

  • Owning delivery of the product roadmap and keeping priorities clear across Engineering.
  • Leading key initiatives end‑to‑end, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Data, Risk, Commercial and Operations.
  • Maintaining a holistic view of technology delivery, surfacing dependencies and ensuring teams stay aligned with strategy.
  • Working closely with Product Managers to refine requirements and define outcomes.
  • Improving and scaling global delivery processes to support consistent, high‑quality execution.
  • Creating alignment through clear communication on timelines, risks, scope changes, and progress.
  • Identifying and resolving blockers quickly by working hands‑on with teams.
  • Helping teams make realistic, strategic commitments.
  • Driving continuous improvement across delivery frameworks, tooling and practices.

The Interview Process:

  • 30 min screening call with Chess (Internal Recruiter)
  • 45 min video interview with our Head of Tech Operations (Hiring Manager)
  • 90 min task based interview with the wider hiring team
  • 60 min video interview with colleagues from our Engineering Team

  • A proactive, hands‑on approach and strong problem‑solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to varied stakeholders.
  • Experience within global tech organisations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple product and technical initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills across Product, Engineering and Operations.
  • A clear understanding of what great delivery and execution looks like.
  • Experience in a tech‑first environment with strong SDLC awareness.
