About the role: Our Technology team builds products that solve real‑world problems for small businesses at scale. We empower teams to move quickly, make decisions locally, and take ownership of the solutions they deliver. Within Technology, the Delivery team partners closely with Product and Engineering to help turn strategy into execution. We bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex technical initiatives—coordinating across teams and stakeholders to keep delivery aligned, focused, and moving forward. Our Engineering Team is going through an AI‑first transformation, and our Delivery Team will play a key role in supporting this! As we rethink how teams are structured and how software is shipped, you will hold a critical role in supporting this change—helping teams adapt ways of working, manage dependencies, and deliver AI‑enabled capabilities with confidence and consistency.
What you will be doing:
- Owning delivery of the product roadmap and keeping priorities clear across Engineering.
- Leading key initiatives end‑to‑end, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Data, Risk, Commercial and Operations.
- Play a key role supporting in our AI‑first transformation.
- Build relationships with our Partners, to continually ensure expectations are aligned on roadmap timelines and key integration milestones.
- Maintaining a holistic view of technology delivery, surfacing dependencies and ensuring teams stay aligned with strategy.
- Working closely with Product Managers to refine requirements and define outcomes.
- Improving and scaling global delivery processes to support consistent, high‑quality execution.
- Creating alignment through clear communication on timelines, risks, scope changes, and progress.
- Identifying and resolving blockers quickly by working hands‑on with teams.
- Helping teams make realistic, strategic commitments.
- Driving continuous improvement across delivery frameworks, tooling and practices.
The Interview Process:

- 90 min task based interview with the wider hiring team
What We Think You’ll Need:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to varied stakeholders.
- Experience within global tech organisations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple product and technical initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven experience building relationships across technical, commercial and external partner teams.
- Strong relationship‑building skills across Product, Engineering and Operations.
- A clear understanding of what great delivery and execution looks like.
- Experience in a tech‑first environment with strong SDLC awareness.
- Experience supporting teams to adopt and deliver AI‑enabled capabilities.
Our hybrid working policy requires team members to be in the office at least 3 days a week, but ideally 4 days.
