The great things you will do:
- Backoffice Area: Supervise cleaning tasks, resolve maintenance issues, and follow up on pending tasks. Support the City Manager and act on their behalf when necessary.
- Administrative Area: Manage stock orders, lost and found, invoices, purchases, and laundry/amenities logistics.
- Customer Service Area: Assist guests with check-in, city info, and more, ensuring effective communication as their main point of contact.
