We\’re looking for a creative, passionate, and people-focused leader to join our award-winning Butcombe Boutique Inns team as a Designate Head Chef.
This is no ordinary role – you\’ll start your journey in a roaming position, travelling across our stunning collection of Boutique Inns to support kitchens in different locations. You\’ll gain first-hand experience of our diverse menus, kitchen setups, and talented teams, while preparing to lead your own kitchen in the future.
From premium dining pubs with boutique bedrooms to vibrant community favourites, you\’ll be immersed in the heart of our business – delivering exceptional food, upholding the highest standards, and inspiring your team to be their very best.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as you\’ll be regularly visiting and working at different sites.
