We\’re looking for a passionate, people-focused Assistant Manager to join the team at The Trout Inn, Tadpole Bridge – part of the Butcombe Boutique Inns family.
The Trout Inn is a beautiful riverside pub with stylish boutique rooms, offering fresh, seasonal dining in an idyllic countryside setting. Nestled on the banks of the Thames at Tadpole Bridge, it\’s a destination full of charm, character, and warm hospitality – the perfect place to take the next step in your career.
As our Assistant Manager, you\’ll support the General Manager in leading and inspiring the team, making sure every guest leaves with a smile. You\’ll bring energy, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to help deliver high standards in service, food, and drink.
