Liberata is seeking an experienced Recovery Officer to join the Debt Recovery Tower on the Collections & Recovery Team for a Bromley contract. You will manage aged social care debts, handle communications with vulnerable clients, and coordinate with Council departments to drive timely recovery within compliance frameworks.
The role requires debt recovery experience, fluent English, strong IT and telephony skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with targets.
