Shape exceptional client experiences and drive service growth at Liberata. We’re looking for a proactive and focused Debt Assist Client Manager to join our growing Debt Assist team. This role is central to delivering our ethical, insight-led debt recovery service across local government and private sector clients. You’ll manage the full client lifecycle—from onboarding to delivery, service wrap-up and invoicing—while actively identifying opportunities to enhance performance, upsell solutions and grow our client base.

  • Manage key Debt Assist client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Oversee onboarding, implementation and service delivery aligned to agreed outcomes
  • Act as the link between operations, sales and clients to deliver seamless performance
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
  • Provide regular account updates to internal stakeholders to track revenue and results
  • Work with marketing to capture client case studies and testimonials

Corporate Responsibilities:

As a Liberata employee, we expect you to adhere to Liberata’s Health and Safety Policy and Procedures and ensure compliance with relevant Health and Safety legislation. It is also expected that you:

  • Understand and adhere to Liberata’s Code of Conduct and the guidance provided for the use of social media and for marketing and branding
  • Ensure all information is processed in compliance with Liberata’s Privacy Notice and the UK Data Protection Act
  • Work within Liberata’s governance frameworks and adhere to all mandatory corporate training
  • Support tower, service line, and departmental initiatives and strategies, as well as corporate requirements that may be communicated from time to time.

Management Corporate Responsibilities:

To ensure Liberata policies and procedures are consistently implemented.

Data Protection: As a data protection representative, you and your teams are responsible for understanding how the UKDPA is relevant to your role and supporting your team with the management of data breaches and information requests such as Data Subjects' and Freedom of Information requests.

Information Asset Owner: As an Information Asset representative, you and your teams are responsible for the safe use and management of information assets processed by Liberata and its suppliers, this will include understanding how and why information is processed and the security arrangements in place to protect the information assets from loss and harm.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree educated (or equivalent experience)
  • Experienced in client management, ideally in a service delivery environment
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Commercially minded, with a focus on service quality and account growth
  • A self-starter with a collaborative and positive approach
  • Perceptive and insightful with ability to identify key stakeholders.

Security vetting and checks: If you are successful, you will need to comply with the government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard Verification process, this includes a basic criminal record check which will identify any “unspent” convictions and a financial probity check which will check if a CCJ, IVA, Bankruptcy, Decree in Scotland, Administration Order appears on a credit file, if you are unable to meet these requirements your offer may be revoked.
