We are a Europe-regulated payment technology company holding an EMI (Electronic Money Institution) license, providing compliant and efficient fiat payment and cross-border settlement solutions for global businesses. Our solutions support a wide range of international business scenarios, including global advertising payments, cross-border e-commerce, international logistics, merchant acquiring, etc.
We are looking for an experienced BD expanding into new segments and payment opportunities focused on digital commerce & web3 clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth - Develop and manage relationships with clients across digital commerce and Web3-related sectors. Identify customer needs around cross-border payments, global collections and payouts, etc., and drive commercial partnerships to execution.
- Market Expansion & Business Development - Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities within digital commerce ecosystems. Explore and develop new payment use cases, including: advertising payments, corporate disbursements, etc. Work closely with internal teams to support product enhancement and business growth initiatives.
- Project Management - Manage the full client lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding; collaborate with product, operations, compliance and risk teams to ensure smooth execution and long-term client success. Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and support clients through onboarding processes, including KYC, AML compliance and corporate due diligence while ensuring all business activities align with regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or above with 5+ years of business development, sales, or client acquisition experience. Candidates with experience and existing network in Web3/ digital marketing/ advertising / cross-border payments / fintech/ saas/ business services/ global expansion services are preferred.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
