One of the projects I've been working on recently has been redesigning our Quality Assurance Manager role.
Not just updating a job description... redefining what success looks like.
Too often, Quality roles become long lists of responsibilities and compliance requirements.
Of course, standards matter.
ISO matters.
GMP matters.
Audits matter.
ESG matters.
But great Quality leadership is about much more than maintaining systems.
