To support this important mission, we are expanding our team and are thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Delivery Lead. We are particularly keen to connect with Nurses, Social Workers, and Allied Health Professionals who can complement our qualified team, ideally with CHC experience. Main duties of the job
As a Delivery Lead, you will take direct managerial responsibility in ensuring the successful delivery of designated work packages within NHS Continuing Healthcare and related projects. You will guide and inspire a diverse, multidisciplinary team, including social care professionals, nursing experts, and other stakeholders, to ensure collaboration and alignment with project goals.

Person Specification
Qualifications
- Essential: Registered Nurse, Allied Health professional, or Social Work qualification. Degree level qualification or equivalent knowledge, training, and experience.
Experience
- Essential: Experience in managing staff and Human Resources issues. Ability to identify risks and create solutions. In-depth knowledge of NHS Continuing healthcare policy and procedures. Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD). Ability to oversee a work package ensuring excellence in practice. Development and maintenance of good working relationships. Excellent planning and organisation skills. Effective problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Desirable: Report writing. Negotiation and influencing skills. Presentation skills.
